景天三七宁心安神活性部位HPLC指纹图谱的研究

摘　　要：目的:采用HPLC法建立不同产地景天三七药材安神部位的指纹图谱,研究景天三七药材的质量控制方法。方法:用TOP ODS-AQ(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-甲醇-0.1%磷酸水体系梯度洗脱;流速:1.0mL/min;检测波长:254nm,柱温:30℃;并对指纹图谱信息进行了数据化处理。结果:建立了16批次景天三七药材安神部位的HPLC指纹图谱,得共有峰27个,定性10个峰。结合相似度分析、聚类分析和主成分分析初步评价不同产地的药材优劣。结论:此方法精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,可用于景天三七质量控制及综合评价。Objective： The fingerprint chromatograms were established for quality evaluation of active site of calming the heart for tranquillization of Sedum aizoon L. collected from different areas by HPLC. Methods： The analysis was performed on a TOP ODS-AQ（4.6mm×250mm, 5μm） with acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid-water as mobile phase in a gradient mode under the following condition： l ow rate： 1.0mL/min, determine wavelength： 254 nm, column temperature： 30℃. The fingerprint information was managed with digital processing. Results： HPLC fingerprint of active site of calming the heart for tranquillization of Sedum aizoon L. of 16 batches were established, 27 common peaks were got and 10 peaks were identified qualitatively. The quality of medicine from different regions was preliminary evaluated by similarity analysis, clustering analysis and principal component analysis. Conclusion： The degree of precision, stability and repeatability of this method are good and can be used in quality control and comprehensive assessment of Sedum aizoon L..
