摘　　要：三维成像模拟技术是通过将客观世界的三维图像经过记录、处理、压缩、显示,最终在人的大脑中再现的一种技术。由于目前研究生培养体制的限制,研究生普遍缺乏足够的临床技能,不能达到颌面外科研究生培养的真正目的。在颌面外科研究生临床培养过程中引入三维成像模拟技术,开展教学方法的改革,可以极大地提高研究生对临床工作的理解和兴趣。笔者在颌面外科研究生培养过程中应用Surgicase CMF软件,取得了比较理想的效果。The 3D simulation technology reproduces images of the objective world in the human mind by recording , processing , compressing and displaying them .Postgraduates of maxillofacial surgery have poor clinical skills due to the current education system and can hardly meet the aim of graduate education . The authors applied Surgicase CMF software in education for maxillofacial surgery postgraduates and reformed teaching methods , which has greatly improved the graduate students＆#39;interest in and understanding of clinical work and achieved satisfactory results .
