摘　　要：作为一种先进的教育理念和教育思潮,教师专业化已成为教师发展的一个重要趋势。文章针对医学基础课教师的特点,探讨了其专业化发展的途径,以提高教学质量和推动高职医学教育可持续发展。As an advanced educational concept and educational thought , teacher＇s specialization has become an important trend of teacher development .Based on the characteristics of teachers of basic medical courses , we explore the pathway of their specialized development to improve the quality of teaching and promote the sustainable development of higher vocational medical education .
