摘　　要：对于脑卒中后共济失调的治疗,现代医学除了针对脑血管病的基础疗法以外,针刺和康复训练疗法也是临床常用治疗方法。近年来临床采用体针、头针、电针等针刺手段以及Frenkel康复训练法、核心肌群训练法等康复治疗脑卒中后共济失调疗效显著,不难看出在针刺与康复训练以及二者结合疗法的领域上着实取得了一定的疗效,得到了相应的肯定。Besides basic therapy based on cerebral vascular disease,Acupuncture Therapy and Rehabilitation Training are widely used in clinical treatment for post-stroke ataxia. Recent studies on acupuncture methods（ including body acupuncture,scalp acupuncture,electro acupuncture etc.） and rehabilitation treatment such as Frenkel rehabilitation training and core strengthening exercise show that certain effect and corresponding affirmation have been achieved in the field of acupuncture method and rehabilitation training as well as therapy that combined the two.
