兰索拉唑联合生长抑素治疗非门脉高压性上消化道出血的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察兰索拉唑联合生长抑素治疗非门脉高压性上消化道出血的临床疗效,从而提高疾病治愈率,减少患者住院时间。方法选取2011年1月—2013年3月本科收治的80例上消化道出血患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,除给予常规治疗外,对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗,观察组则予兰索拉唑联合生长抑素治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组的显效率、有效率及总有效率均大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论兰索拉唑联合生长抑素治疗非门脉高压性上消化道出血的临床疗效确切。Objective To observe clinical efficacy of lansoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of gate pulse pressure upper gastrointestinal bleeding,which was in order to improve the cure rate,reduce the hospitalization days.Methods 80 patients with gate pulse pressure upper gastrointestinal bleeding in our hospital from January 2011 to March 2013,which were randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients was treated with the routine treatment besides,while the control group was treated with lansoprazole therapy,the observation group was treated with lansoprazole combined with somatostatin,the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results Efficiency,significant efficiency and the total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than the control group,the difference were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with somatostatin in the treatment of gate pulse pressure upper gastrointestinal bleeding has remarkable effect.
