摘  要:甲胺基阿维菌素对甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫、粘虫和苜蓿夜蛾的致死中浓度分别为 0 384、0 0 4 8、0 0 73和 1 2 38μg/g。甲胺基阿维菌素对甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫和粘虫的杀虫活力明显高于阿维菌素、高效氯氰菊酯和辛硫磷。甲胺基阿维菌素对棉铃虫的毒力高于粘虫 ,对上述两害虫的毒力又明显高于甜菜夜蛾和苜蓿夜蛾。甲胺基阿维菌素是防治甜菜夜蛾、棉铃虫和粘虫较高效的药剂 。The LC 50 values of methylaminoavermectin were 0 384, 0 048, 0 073 and 1 238μg/ml to Spodoptera exigua, Helicoverpa armigera, Mythimna separata and Heliothis viriplaca, respectively The toxicity of methyl aminoavermectin was higher than toxicity of abamectin, α-cypermethrin and phoxim to Spodoptera exigua,Helicoverpa armigera and Mythimna separata The toxicity of methylaminoavermectin to Helicoverpa armigera was higher than that to Mythimna separata, both were higher than that to Spodoptera exigua and Heliothis viriplaca Methylaminoavermectin was high effect on controlling Spodoptera exigua, Helicoverpa armigera and Mythimna separata, but wasn't suit for control Heliothis viriplaca
