心理咨询对医学院校学生心理健康水平的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨心理咨询对医学院校学生心理健康水平的影响，选取中国医科大学高等职业技术学院300名三年级医学生作为研究对象，采用国际通用的精神症状自评量表作为测试工具对其心理健康水平进行测试，结果发现，调查对象的心理健康水平低于同龄人的标准。依次采用面对面交谈的形式以及小团体咨询模式对他们进行分阶段心理咨询与辅导，注重培养医学生的自信心与沟通交流能力，结果发现，除躯体化项目外，医学生其他项目因子得分较辅导之前有所降低，与同龄人相当，表明心理健康水平有所提高。可见，心理咨询有助于改善和提高医学生的心理健康水平。In order to investigate the effect of psychological counseling and mental health for students of medical colleges, 300 senior medical students in the Higher Vocational Technical College of China Medical University were selected as the research object, and their mental health were tested by international common mental symptom checklist 90 （ SCL-90 ）, it showed that mental health levels of 300 students were lower than the standard of their peers. This study used form of talk face to face and small groups of consulting model to do phased psychological counseling and guidance in confidence and communication skills for the 300 students, the results showed that in addition to physical projects, medical students compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, anxiety, hostility, phobic anxiety, paranoia, psychosis and other projects compared with Chinese norm factor scores （youth group） had no significant differences, however, the scores of above items for the 300 medical students before counseling were higher than the Chinese norm （youth group ）. The results showed that psychological counseling can effectively improve and enhance students＇ mental health.
