摘 要:从艺术体操运动训练的实践出发,运用文献资料、专家访谈、图像分析、问卷调查、数理统计等科研方法对艺术体操旋转类身体难度动作发展的趋势和我国艺术体操运动员旋转技术的掌握情况进行深入调研、分析,得出以下结论:我国选手成套动作中就旋转类身体难度在动作数量上与世界优秀选手差别不大,但难度的类型不够丰富,在难度价值层次上,世界优秀艺术体操选手多使用复合难度和混合难度动作,而我国运动员则较少使用。在比赛中,旋转类难度动作完成质量上与世界优秀选手之间差距显著。旋转度数达不到所填报的分值、旋转轴心不稳,旋转快结束时出现小跳或移动、自由腿过早下落、在旋转时器械技术完成差等都是重点存在的问题。In this paper, with the domestic level of artistic gymnastics international referee at the same time, the expert interview with a professor or associate professor title and more recently to participate in the major tournament of the shape at home and abroad show that Chinese players in the game difficulty body movement of the spin class scored less than complete action choreography in the actual difficulty of value. Thus, rotating type of body difficulty motion technology is athletes in our country at present the most vulnerable part technology needed to resolve. Therefore, this research starting from the practice of artistic gymnastics training, using literature, expert interview, image analysis, questionnaire survey, mathematical statistics research methods, such as the rotation of rhythmic gymnastics class body difficulty movement development trend and grasp of China's artistic gymnasts rotate technology in - depth investigation and analysis, trying to find out the restriction of rhythmic gymnastics athletes spin class body difficulty motion skill level factors, explore our country artistic gymnastics athletes improve the class body of the technical level of the difficulty.
