摘 要:以两种能引发赤潮的海洋微藻(针胞藻与三角褐指藻)为研究对象,对比微藻在f/2培养基中和其他微藻滤液中的生长情况,测定了两种微藻单独培养和共培养时的最大环境容量(K)和生长速率(r)等参数,利用逻辑斯蒂方程和Lotka-Voltwrra的竞争模型比较了微藻间的竞争力参数(α和β)。结果表明,针胞藻与三角褐指藻共培养的最大环境容量(K)低于单独培养的,对数期生长率u也较单独培养的小,而且针胞藻对三角褐指藻有强烈的抑制作用(α=3.03),而三角褐指藻对针胞藻抑制非常轻微(β=0.19)。这表明微藻间存在接触性竞争,而且在竞争中针胞藻占优势。This paper is inclined to make a preliminary study on the growing competition between the two kinds of marine micro algae, the Fibrocapsa japonica and the Phaeodactylum triconutum, by way of experiments throughout their competitive growth. For the research purpose, we have adopted the logistic equation and Lotka-Vohwrra competition model via the quantitative comparison between the micro algae parameters (a and β ) and the contrast group of the micro algae in the 1/2 media and other micro algae growth with the filtrate method. The results of our study have found that both the Fibrocapsa japonica and Phaeodactylum triconutumbelong to the brown algae, both of whom are growing in the same general enviroumen, whose maximum capacity (K) is lower than in the environment of individual cultivation and the logarithmic phase of growth rate u is also lower than that is needed for separate culture. In addition, though both of them can be categorized into the brown algae and have inhibition (a =3.03) power, but Phaeodactylam triconutum in its brown algae cells has only very mild inhibition inclination (β = 0.19). This suggests that the interaction between the micro algae competition, is by nature a kind of sexual contact, in which Fibrocapsa japonica plays the dominant role in the competition, whereas Phaeodactylum tri conutum can hardly be matched up with its counterpart. Therefore, when the algae were to be cultured in the co-culture experiments, if the conditions are right, where there were no resource constraints, there would be no need to compete for the use of the resource. Fibro- capsa algae and Phaeodactylum culture filtrate grown in each case is similar to the reference or the contrast group, indicating that the growth of microalgae filtrate may just have little impact on the microalgae, allelopathy is not of its primary mechanism for the parties to compete with.
