快速加温透析配液设备的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速加温透析配液设备的临床应用的可行性,了解应用该设备配液透析后,患者的血清钠,二氧化碳结合力(CO2CP),以及pH值是否与传统配液法结果相一致。方法:抽取维持性血液透析(MHD)的患者20例,将其随机分成A组和B组,每组10例。A组MHD患者使用快速加温透析配液设备配制碳酸氢盐液进行透析,而B组患者使用传统配液法配制碳酸氢盐液进行透析。随访4周,测定每次透析前后患者血清钠,CO2CP以及pH值水平。结果:1A组与B组的血清钠水平比较其差异无统计学意义(t=0.845,P>0.05);2A组与B组的CO2CP以及pH值其差异无统计学意义(t=0.779,t=0.695;P>0.05)。结论:冬天配制碳酸氢盐液时可使用快速加温透析配液设备,并未影响患者透析质量,同时省时省力省费用,提高工作效率。Objective： To investigate the clinical application of fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment, understanding of the application of this equipment with dialysis, whether the patient＇s serum sodium, carbon dioxide combining power, and the pH value are consistent with the traditional method. Methods： From Junuary to October of 2013, we firstly got 20 patients （12 males and 8 females, aged 50.39 - 14.48 years） with maintenance hemodialysis, while they will be divided into A, B groups randomly. Group A of 10 cases of MHD patients, using of fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment for preparing bicarbonate for four weeksl and using of traditional method for dialysis for four weeks of Group B. Follow-up four weeks, all will be evaluated serum sodium, carbon dioxide combining power, and the pH value level before and after dialysis each separately. Results： Follow-up four weeks, （1） comparing serum sodium levels, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05） for group A and group B.（2）The same to carbon dioxide combining power and pH value, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion： In winter, while preparing bicarbonate solution, we can use fast heating-up dialysate dispensing equipment, not only does not affect the quality of dialysis patients, but also saving time and effort, improving efficiency of work.
