摘　　要：介绍新的PET实体瘤疗效标准(PERCIST)的主要内容及近年来相关临床进展。回顾PERCIST产生背景及其主要内容,分析其中的难点,探讨此标准近年在临床中应用的情况。PERCIST将PET-CT的检查结果作为评价的重要参考,反映了肿瘤代谢水平,对既往标准中评价困难病灶,包括骨病灶、食管病变及放疗后影像学改变等,提供了新的方法。越来越多的文献表明,用PERCIST进行疗效评价有许多优势,但也有不尽如意之处。因此,PERCIST是疗效评价的新标准,需要更多的认识、应用和完善。To introduce the new evaluation PERCIST criteria and related clinical progress recently. The background and the content of the criteria were reviewed. The difficulty of the criteria was analyzed. The clinical progress in recent years was summarized. The PET-CT result is the main reference in PERCIST criteria. The metabolism level of the tumor should be evaluated seriously in new criteria. The Non-measurable disease in other criteria, such as bone metastasis, esophageal disease and the change in CT or MRI after irradiation, could be measurable in the new criteria. More reports showed that PERCIST criteria had advantage in evaluating the treatment effect. But there were still some limitations in the criteria. PERCIST is the new criteria of evaluating the therapy effect. More realizing, using and consummating related to the new criteria were needed.
