摘　　要：目的了解福建汉族人群肽酰脯氨酰基顺反异构酶1(Pin1)基因rs2233678(-842G/C)和rs2233679(-667T/C)多态性分布规律及其与肺癌发生、发展的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术,对80例汉族肺癌患者和135例健康对照的Pin1基因启动子进行扩增并对PCR产物直接测序,分析Pin1基因启动子多态性与肺癌易感性及其临床病理学特征的关系。结果 rs2233678位点只检测到GG和GC两种基因型,没有检测到CC基因型。rs2233678和rs2233679位点的等位基因和基因型分布在肺癌组和健康对照组中比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);其组成的单体型C-C、G-C和G-T均与肺癌发生风险无相关性(P>0.05),rs2233678的基因型分布与肺癌的临床病理学特征无相关性(P>0.05),rs2233679的基因型分布与肺癌病理类型呈弱相关(r=0.285,P=0.010)。结论 rs2233678和rs2233679多态性可能与福建汉族人群肺癌易感性无关,rs2233679的基因型分布与肺癌病理类型有一定的相关性。Objective To explore the relationship between the peptidyl-propyl-cis/trans isomerase 1（Pin1）rs2233678（-842G/C）and rs2233679 （-667T/C）polymorphic variants and occurrence and development of lung cancer in Fujian Han ethnic group. Methods The polymerase chain reaction （PCR）-directly sequencing was used to detect the genotypes of Pin1 gene in 80 patients with lung cancer and 135 healthy control people.The relation between Pin1 gene promoter polymorphism and susceptibility and clinical pathological characteristics of lung cancer were analysed. Results Both GG and GC two genotypes,except CC genotype were detected in rs2233678.The allele and genotype distribution of rs2233678 and rs2233679 between lung cancer group and healthy control group showed lack of statistical difference（P〉0.05）.C-C, G-C,G-T of the rs2233679 genotypes had no correlation with lung cancer risk（P〉0.05）.The genotype distribution of rs2233678 had no correlation with clinical pathological characteristic of lung cancer （P〉0.05）.Genotype distribution of rs2233679 and pathological type of lung cancer showed a weak correlation （r=0.285,P=0.010）. Conclusion rs2233678 and＆amp;nbsp;rs2233679 polymorphism may be not associated with the susceptibility to lung cancer in Fujian Han ethnic group. There is some correlation between the distribution of rs2233679 genotypes and pathological type of lung can-cer.
