摘　　要：在电热管生产自动检测线的开发过程中,为根据多工位检测结果实现电热管的正、次品的智能分选,提出信息跟随式气动分料机械手。在剖析分选工艺流程的基础上,设计信息跟随式控制系统并编写控制程序。应用实践表明试验,在此控制方式下的机械手工作可靠、效率高,满足了检测线性能要求。During the deveIopment of automatic measurement Iine of eIectric heat pipe,in order to sorting the tested eIectric heat pipe automaticaI y,coming up with a sorting pneumatic manipuIator with information tracking.After anaIys the sorting technoIo-gy,it＇s structure and controI system is designed and controI programs is wrote to reaIize the sorting of good and waste product,automaticaI y.
