慢性精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的相关影响因素分析及预防干预

摘　　要：目的:分析长期住院的慢性精神分裂症患者代谢功能异常(代谢综合征)的相关影响因素,提供相应风险因素与预防措施。方法:对上海市长宁区精神卫生中心2011年3月至2012年3月精神科长期住院的精神分裂症患者测定其代谢指标,采用世界糖尿病联盟(IDF)全球统一标准定义代谢综合征,同时调查包括一般资料、康复方式、药物服用法、吸烟等风险因素,采用卡方检验、二元Logistic回归分析进行统计分析。结果:慢性长期住院患者代谢综合征的患病率为30.7%,不同抗精神病药品的代谢综合征发生率差异有统计学意义(χ2=24.56,P=0.001),男性、年龄、病程、吸烟、服药方式等是慢性精神分裂症患者代谢综合征患病的影响因素。结论:预防和管理慢性精神分裂症患者的代谢综合征有重要意义,针对慢性住院的精神分裂症患者的高危因素(如男性、长期住院、吸烟等),可以通过对其生活方式调整、加大与加强康复等措施进行干预。Objective： To investigate the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in schizophrenic inpatients and its relative factors,then explore the inventional approach. Methods： 306 schizophrenic inpatients treated in Shanghai Changning Mental Health Center Branch were investigated. Metabolic indexes were measured. The criteria of metabolic syndrome was based on the consensus definition released by the International Diabetes Federation,meanwhile,we investigated related factors such as database,drug use,smoke. Results： The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was 30. 7%. The prevalence of metabolic syndrome was significant difference in different factors drug users（ F = 24. 56,P = 0. 001）. Metabolic syndrome was related with 8 factors in Logistic regression analysis（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： The prevention and management of chronic schizophrenic patients with metabolic syndrome has important significance,for risk factors of chronic schizophrenic patients（ such as male,long-term hospitalization,smoking）,medical measures can be based on the way of life adjustment,increase and strengthen the rehabilitation measures to intervene.
