摘  要:目的探讨贵阳市社区卫生服务机构人员工作满意度及影响因素,为社区卫生服务人力管理提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样随机选取贵阳市10家社区卫生服务机构中314名人员进行问卷调查,内容包括人员特征和23个工作满意度因子。对满意度结果做统计描述,并进行单因素和多因素Logistic回归分析。结果机构人员工作总体满意度评分为(3.34±0.79)分,每天工作时间大于8 h及在编的对象工作不满意的比例较高,其OR值(95%CI)分别为3.424(1.884~6.222)、2.630(1.486~4.657))。结论社区卫生服务机构人员工作总体满意度不高,超时工作和人事关系对满意度有影响;应从福利待遇、个人发展等提高其满意度。Objective The objective of the study was to assess the level of job satisfaction and the influencing factors among community health service providers in Guiyang City, aiming to provide a scientific reference for the human resource management in community health services. Methods 314 staffs from 10 community health service institutions were randomly selected by multistage sampling and were surveyed by questionnaires, which inquired their characteristics and 23 job satisfaction factors. The survey results were statistically described and analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results The overall satisfaction score of the staffs was 3.34 + 0.79; and those who work more than 8 hours a day or arc on permanent payroll were less satisfied with their jobs, with the OR value (95% CI) being 3.424 (1.884-6.222) and 2.630 (1.486-4.657), respectively. Conclusion Overall job satisfaction of the community health service providers is not high, and is influenced by overtime working and interpersonal relationships. Welfare benefits and personal development should be improved to raise their levels of job satisfaction.
