摘  要:目的 分析我国医药分开改革试点下的门诊患者满意度变化,为医药卫生体制改革提供建议.方法 采用随机抽取门诊患者进行问卷调查的方法分析门诊患者在医药分开改革试点下满意度的变化.结果 启动医药分开改革试点前后,医师诊疗时间由小于5分钟占主导变为6分钟~10分钟占主导;患者对诊疗时间满意度逐步提升;门诊医保患者占比由68.3%变为76.5%.结论 医药分开改革试点,切实降低患者看病负担,引导患者理性选医,对患者和试点医院的工作产生了积极影响,建议继续不断推广,保证医药分开改革试点工作取得更好的成效.Objectives To analyze the variation of outpatients' satisfaction degree after the pilot reform of "separated management between medicine and pharmacy", and provide suggestions for the reform of medical and health system. Methods To analyze the variation of outpatients' satisfaction degree after the pilot reform of "separated management between medicine and pharmacy" with the method of questionnaire survey on outpatients randomly selected in the outpatient department. Results After the launching of the pilot reform of "separated management between medicine and phaimacy", the dominating time length of doctors' diagnosis changed to 6 to 10 minutes from 5 minutes, the satisfaction degree of patients for diagnosis time increased gradually, and the percentage of medical insurance patient increased to 76. 5% from 68.3%. Conclusions With the pilot reform of "separated management between medicine and pharmacy", the burden of patients decreased really, gave guidance for the patients to select doctors reasonably and had positive impact on the work in pilot hospitals as well as patients. After all, we should promote it continuously so as to guarantee better effects in the work at reform pilots of "separated management between medicine and pharmacy".
