摘  要:目的调查三级医院护士的工作压力对其主观幸福感的影响,以及心理资本对护理压力与主观幸福感关系的调节作用。方法选取北京市某三级甲等综合医院的263名护士为研究对象,采用问卷调查护士工作压力、心理资本和主观幸福感,并分析三者之间的关系。结果护士的工作压力总分为(2.44±0.53)分,与主观幸福感呈负相关(P<0.01);心理资本总分为(4.05±0.61)分,与主观幸福感呈正相关(P<0.01)。心理资本在护士工作压力与主观幸福感之间有调节作用。结论护士工作压力对主观幸福感有负面影响,心理资本可调节工作压力对主观幸福感的影响。Objective To invrstigate the influence of nurses'job stress on subjective well -being,and the regulating effect of psychological capital on the relationship between job stress and well - being. Methods Totally,263 nurses in a third class hospital were selected and their job stress, psychological capital and subjective well - being were investigated. Results The score on job stress of the nurses was (2.44 ±0.53 ). The score of job stress was negative related to subjective well - being (P 〈 0.01 ). The score of psychological capital was (4.05± 0.61 ), and psychological capital had significant positive effects on subjective well - being ( P 〈 0.01 ). Psychological capital could regulate the relationship between job stress and subjective well - being. Conclusion Nurses'job stress has a negative effect on subjective well - being, and psychological capital can regulate the influence of job stress on subjective well - being.
