摘  要:[目的]根据林业种植所需肥料要求,研制固体缓释肥压缩成型机具。[方法]采用有限无理论分析方法对压缩成型模具进行比较分析,进行不同模具下的实际压缩试验验证,优选出最佳的固体缓释肥成型工艺和设备方案,并研制成型样机。[结果]由ANSYS软件分析结果可以得出两端为凹面的D型模具,效果最佳,并初制出利用气缸作为压缩动力,利用弹簧的压缩特性实现上下模同时冲压的成型样机。该样机在动力源(工作压力为0.6 MPa)条件下,每分钟成型2粒固体缓释肥(300 g/粒);成型效果好,上下端粘结牢固;压缩百分比达到36%。[结论]研制出的固体缓释肥成型机,效果较为理想,可以试生产推广应用。[ Objective ] According to fertilizer demands of forestry planting, the solid slow - release fertilizer compressor was developed. [ Method ] By using the finite-element theory, compression moldling was analyzed, the compression experiment was conducted under different models, so as to obtain the optimal solid slow - release technique and equipment. [ Result ] The analysis results of ANSYS software showed that D - type model is optimum. Using cylinder as compression power and compression characteristics of spring to construct the equipment. Under the condition of 0.6 MPa power source, 2 grains of solid slow - release fertilizer (300 g) molding in each minute can be obtained. The compression ratio is up to 36%. [ Conclusion] The developed solid slow- release fertilizer equipment has the ideal effect, which can be extended and applieated.
