摘　　要：介绍了新疆鲜杏干制加工机械的研究现状,根据现状分析了存在的问题。提出了加强干燥基础理论的研究;将干制加工工艺与加工机械相结合,提高干制加工机械自动化、智能化控制的程度;设计时综合考虑制干效率、加工品质、节能减排、环境保护和充分的利用产地自然环境优势等因素提高设备的实际应用效率,为开展鲜杏干制加工机械的设计研究提供了有价值的参考数据。The research status of Xinjiang fresh apricots dried processing machinery was introduced, the existing problems were analyzed. Enhancing the basic theory research of drying was put forward, combined the drying process and processing machinery, improved the dried processing machinery automation, intelligent control system. Overall consideration factors such as dried efficiency, processing quality, energy conservation and emissions reduction, environmental protection, and fully take advantage of origin of the natural environment, in order to provide technical basis for the research on fresh apricots dried processing mechanical design.
