摘　　要：通过全面分析医患沟通特点与我国医疗卫生体制改革需求的现状,在沟通过程与胜任力理论的基础之上,提出医学生胜任医患沟通应具备的能力素质;并通过对山东省三所医学院校现场调研评价医学生对沟通能力及其培养的认知与态度,测评其实际沟通能力水平以及当前在医学生沟通能力培养过程中存在的问题与影响因素等的分析,提出了通过增强对医学生的沟通动机培养、沟通理论知识学习、共同能力实训的方法来构建医学生沟通能力培养有效体系。Through a comprehensive analysis of doctor-patient communication characteristics and the present situation of the medical and health system reform in our country needs,based on the communication process and competence theory,this paper put forward the medical students qualified for doctor-patient communication should have ability quality.And through the field investigation for three medical schools in shandong province,evaluation of medical students＇cognition and attitude towards communication skills and cultivate,evaluate its practical communication ability level and current in the process of medical students＇communication ability training problems and the analysis of the influence factors,put forward by enhancing communication motivation training of medical students,communication theory knowledge learning,ability training together medical students＇ communication ability training method to construct the effective system.
