医疗风险视角下的医患关系风险因素剖析及风险管理策略初探

摘　　要：通过对某三级甲等医院近三年来的医疗纠纷和医德医风投诉资料进行研究与讨论,分析和查找医疗服务过程中可能影响医患关系的各种潜在风险因素,并针对风险因素采取相应措施,即建立健全医保制度和医疗责任保险制度,建立医疗纠纷第三方处理机制,增强医务人员风险意识,提高医患沟通能力,建立双向医患关系,强化医德医风建设,实现医患关系的风险管理,构建和谐医患关系。This paper,through the analysis and discussion of medical disputes and medical ethics complaints data of a tertiary A class hospital in recent three years,it is aimed to identify and find the various possible potential risk factors of doctor-patient relationship in the process of medical service,and to take corresponding measures to control and eliminate risk factors,namely,to establish and perfect the medical care system and the medical liability insurance system,set up the medical dispute third party processing mechanism,enhance the medical personnel＇s risk awareness and doctor-patient communication skills,establish two way doctor-patient relationship,strengthen the construction of medical ethics,so as to manage the risk factors of the doctor-patient relationship,and establish a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
