摘　　要：通过分析西医对中国家庭在医学护理中的作用经历了拒斥质疑-认同移植-主动利用的发展过程,指出了医疗空间的转变客观上促使了医护伦理转换。认识到西医制度与中国家庭、地方伦理模式的相互妥协与契合是西方医疗系统进入并内化于中国人生活状态之中不可忽视的重要因素。About the effect of western medicine in medical care,Chinese family had experienced developing process of from rejection to question identity and then to transplantation active using.From multiple variations between modern hospital and family,we can find that the compromise and accord of western medical system and local ethics is a important factor of the western medical system gradually internalizing into Chinese living.
