摘  要:目的:观察中药黄芪、大黄配伍对慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)大鼠血生化及抗氧化能力的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、黄芪组、大黄组、黄芪大黄配伍组,采用3%腺嘌呤灌胃制作CRF大鼠模型,实验5 w后分别采血检测血肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(UREA)、胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三酯(TG)、钙(Ca)、磷(P)等生化指标,并检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化脂质(LPO)等指标。结果:与正常组比较,模型组大鼠Cr、UREA、P及SOD含量明显升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,黄芪大黄组、大黄组、黄芪组大鼠血浆P、LPO明显降低(P<0.01),黄芪大黄组UREA、Cr、CHOL及TG均降低,但差异无统计学意义。结论:黄芪与大黄配伍对CRF有较好的治疗效果,其药理学机制可能与降低CRF大鼠血浆中的UREA、Cr,消除有害自由基等有关。Objective: To observe effects of compatibility of rhubarb and astragalus mongholicus on blood biochemistry and antioxidant of rats with chronic renal failure. Methods :Rats were divided into normal group,model group,astragalus mongholicus group,rhubarb group,astragalus mongholicus and rhubarb group randomly. Chronic renal failure rat models were induced by 3% adenine with intragastric administration. Successive medication for 5 weeks,levels of creatinine(Cr), urea nitrogen(UREA),cholesterol(CHOL),triglycerides(TG),calcium(Ca),phosphorus(P)as well as SOD and lipid per- oxidation (LPO) in serum were detected. Results:Compared with normal group,levels of Cr,UREA,P and SOD were in- creased in model group (P〈0.01). The levels of P and LPO in rhubarb group,astragalus mongholicus group,rhubarb and astragalus mongholicus group were lower than those in model group(P〈0.01 ). Compared with model group,levels of URE- A.Cr,CHOL and TG were declined in rhubarb and astragalus mongholicus group,but there was no significant difference. Conclusion : Compatibility of rhubarb and astragalus mongholicus has therapeutic effect on chronic renal failure. Its phar- macological basis may be related to decreasing levels of UREA,Cr, clearing harmful free radicals.
