利用 FPA 性格分析进行情绪管理在老年心血管病患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨应用性格色彩分类方法，对老年心血管病患者进行情绪管理的临床应用价值。方法选取在我院老年心血管科住院的心血管病患者为研究对象，采用随机法将患者分为对照组和实验组，对照组32例，实验组30例，对照组采用常规方法进行护理，实验组根据性格色彩分析方法对患者性格进行判断，根据患者的不同性格需求进行情绪管理，分别于住院初、出院前发放综合医院焦虑/抑郁（ HAD）情绪测定表，评价两组患者在情绪管理开展前后的焦虑、抑郁状况，以及两组患者的不良事件发生率及合作行为发生率。结果两组患者的焦虑、抑郁状况在干预后的差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），且实验组患者的不良事件发生率明显小于对照组，而合作行为多于对照组，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论利用FPA性格色彩分析，给予有针对性的个性化情绪管理，能明显降低老年心血管病患者的情绪障碍，降低不良事件，对改善患者的依从性具有重要的意义。Objective To explore the clinical application value of the emotion management for the elderly patients with cardiovas-cular by the method of character color classification.Methods The elderly patients with cardiovascular in our in the department of cardiolo-gy were selected as research object and randomly divided into control group and experimental group.32 cases were in the control group and 30 cases were in the experimental group.Routine nursing method was used in the control group.In the experimental group the patients＆#39;char-acters were analyzed by the method of character color analysis.Anxiety, depression, the incidence of adverse events and the incidence of co-operative behavior between two groups were evaluated and compared in early hospitalization and before discharge.Results After interven-tion there were significant differences in anxiety and depression between two groups.The incidence of adverse events was obviously of the ex-perimental group lower than that of the control group, the incidence of cooperative behavior was just the reverse.The difference was signifi-cant （ P〈0.05） .Conclusions Using FPA character color analysis, giving targeted personalized emotion management can significantly re-duce the mood disorders of elderly patients with cardiovascular disease, reduce the adverse events, improve patients＆#39;compliance.
