健康教育路径结合循证思维应用于经尿道前列腺电切术的效果

摘　　要：目的：探讨健康教育路径结合循证思维应用于经尿道前列腺电切术（TURP）中的效果。方法选取我院行TURP患者150例，随机分为实验组和对照组，每组75例，实验组患者在循证思维的指导下按照临床路径进行健康教育，而对照组患者仅给予常规健康教育。记录并比较两组患者的血压、心率、平均住院天数、日均费用以及护理人员综合能力等指标。结果实验组患者术前1 h的血压、心率及焦虑情况显著优于对照组（均P＜0．05），患者在接受健康教育后的相关知识掌握、认知行为改变以及满意度显著优于对照组（均P＜0．05），护理人员综合能力明显优于对照组（P＜0．05）。实验组患者平均住院天数及日均费用显著少于对照组（均P＜0．05）。结论结合循证思维开展健康教育能有效减轻TURP患者的焦虑心理，提高患者的治疗依从性及满意度，减少患者的经济负担和住院日，同时能够提高护理人员的综合能力。Objective To investigate the effect of combination of evidence - based thinking with health education path in the appli- cation of transurethral resection of the prostate （TURP） . Methods 150 patients with TURP were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with each group 75 cases. The observation group was given health education under the guidance of evidence - based thinking. The control group was only given routine health education. The blood pressure, heart rate, average hospitalization days, average daily costs and nurses＇comprehensive ability in two groups were recorded and compared. Results The blood pressure, heart rate and anxiety situation of the observation group were better than those of the control group at one hour before TURP. The difference was sta- tistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . The mastering relevant knowledge, behavior change and satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The average hospitalization days （9.74±1.61d） and average daily costs （2285±115yuan） of the observation group were better than those （ 14. 22 ± 2.68d, 2875 ±250yuan） of the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The nurses＇comprehensive ability in the observation group was better than that in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions The use of evidence - based thinking to carry out health education can effectively reduce anxiety, improve compliance and satisfaction, reduce medical costs and hospital stay and also can improve nurses＇comprehensive ability.
