切口非超声乳化与超声乳化治疗老年性白内障疗效比较

摘　　要：目的比较切口非超声乳化与超声乳化治疗老年性白内障疗效。方法 40例老年性白内障患者,按随机数字表法分组,对照组患者行小切口非超声乳化术,实验组患者行超声乳化白内障手术,比较两组手术效果。结果实验组视力恢复率、平均角膜散光度、并发症发生率与对照组比较(P>0.05)。结论切口非超声乳化与超声乳化均是治疗老年性白内障的有效术式,均具备推广价值。Objective To compare curative effects of incision non-phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification in the treatment of senile cataract. Methods A total of 40 cases of senile cataract were divided by random number table method. The control group was treated by incision non-phacoemulsification surgery, and the experimental group underwent phacoemulsification surgery. Surgical results were compared between the two groups. Results Visual recovery rate, average corneal astigmatism, incidence of complications of the experimental group were all compared with those of the control groups（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Both of incision non-phacoemulsification and phacoemulsification are effective procedure in the treatment of senile cataract, and all possess promotional value.
