摘  要:目的观察痛觉中枢敏感化对偏头痛患者脑血流动力学的影响。方法随机分为正常对照组、偏头痛组,应用CA症状自评量表,将偏头痛患者分为无CA组和CA组。应用美国GE ViVid E9超声诊断仪,对偏头痛患者发作后2h进行脑血流动力学测定。结果在入组的108例患者中,偏头痛发病后2 h,72例患者出现CA,出现率为66.7%,25、20、27人分别出现轻、中、重CA,出现率分别为23.1%、18.5%、25.1%。72例偏头痛患者有CA,36例患者无CA。无CA、CA患者脑平均血流速度与正常对照组相比,血流速度显著增加,P<0.01;CA患者与无CA患者相比,血流速度明显增加,P<0.01。结论偏头痛患者存在脑血流动力学异常,脑平均血流速度增加,在偏头痛中枢敏感化患者中更加显著。Objective:To explore the effect of pain central sensitization on migrainal patientsˊ cerebral haemedynamics. Method:The patients were randomly divided into control group and migraine group. The migrainal patients were divied into CA group and Not - have CA group using CA symptom checklist. The patientsˊcerebral haemedynamics 2 hours after the at-tack of migraine wered measured using American Ge ViVid e9 ultrosonic diagnostic equipment. Results:Among all the 108 patients,2 hours after the attack of migraine,CA emerges in 72 cases,the occurrence rate is 66. 7% ,25 cases are of slight CA degree,20 cases moderate degree and 27 cases severe degree,the occurrence rate is 23. 1% ,18. 5% and 25. 1% respectively. 72 cases have CA while 36 cases donˊt have. Comapred with control group,the average cerebral blood speed of not - have CA,CA patients increases significantly,p 〈 0. 01;Comapred with not - have CA patients,the blood speed of CA patients increases sharply,p 〈 0. 01. Conclusion:Cerebral haemedynamics abnormality exists in migrainal pq-tients,and the average cerebral blood speed increases,which is more significant in central sensitization of migraine.
