单倍体相合骨髓移植白血病患者造血重建的临床分析和实践

摘　　要：目的：观察单倍体相合骨髓移植治疗白血病的造血重建效果。方法选择36例白血病患者作为研究对象，均采取单倍体相合骨髓移植方案进行治疗，对造血重建指标进行观察评估。结果所有患者均在接受骨髓移植后的3~7 d 内白细胞下降至0，中性粒细胞〉0.5×109/ L 和血小板〉20.0×109/ L 的时间分别为（17.5±0.9） d 和（21.5±0.7）d。所有患者3系造血均得到重建。结论骨髓供者通过人粒细胞集落刺激因子预处理后进行骨髓采集，联合多种免疫制剂，能够有效抑制 HLA 多样性屏障，提高白血病患者的造血重建效果，值得重视。ObJective：To observe the effect of hematopoietic reconstitution after haploidentical bone marrow transplanta-tion for treatment of leukemia. Methods：Thirty-six cases of leukemia patients as the research obJect received haploidentical bone marrow transplantation for treatment,and the assessment index of hematopoietic reconstitution was observed. Results：The white blood cells in all the patients after bone marrow transplant within 3 ~ 7d fell to 0. The median time of granulocyte counts 〉 0. 5 × 109 / L and platelet 〉 20. 0 × 109 / L was（17. 5 ± 0. 9）d and（21. 5 ± 0. 7）d,respectively. All patients a-chieved 3 hematopoietic reconstruction. Conclusion：Bone marrow donor with granulocyte colony-stimulating factor after pre-treatment bone marrow collection,combined with a variety of immune formulations,can effectively inhibit the HLA diversity barrier and improve hematopoietic reconstruction effect of leukemia patients,which is worthy of attention.
