摘  要:根据第3届全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛题目要求,采取不同策略,设计了一种两前轮转向,单后轮驱动的三轮重力势能绕障小车,以圆柱槽凸轮驱动转向梯形作为转弯机构。针对上一届竞赛中出现的小车行驶轨迹因打滑而不稳定和不可重复的问题,分析研究了小车在赛道上多次重复完成大角度转弯运动的动力学模型,优化了转向系统设计参数,并通过仿真及竞赛实战验证了优化效果。According to the "National Undergraduate Engi- neering Training Integration Ability Competition" requirements, a different strategy is used to design a gravitational potential energy driven three-wheeled car, with two front steering wheels and a sin- gle driving wheel. Its steering mechanism is driven hy a cylindrical groove cam. To solve the problem of the car running track which was instability and unrepeatable for the last race due to slipping, this paper makes an analysis of the dynamic model of the car on the track repeatedly completing large-angle turn movement, opti- mizes steering system design parameters, and verifies optimized ef- fect through simulation and competitions combat.
