摘 要:通过对使用大功率微波作为热源的亚高温热化疗与常规化疗的对比观察,探讨了肿瘤热化疗疗效和不良反应与常规化疗之间的差异。对13608例使用大功率微波热疗机实施全身亚高温热疗配合化疗患者与15408例常规化疗患者的疗效和不良反应进行对比,分析了微波场亚高温条件下化疗的机理及热疗温度、治疗时间、疗程与疗效的关系,以及微波热化疗疗效及不良反应与常规化疗之间的差别。结果显示,大功率微波热源的亚高温热化疗有效率为81.15%,常规化疗有效率为39.03%,且微波热化疗所致的不良反应率较常规化疗低。表明大功率微波热化疗治疗肿瘤的疗效明显优于常规化疗,而且减轻患者化疗的不良反应,是肿瘤治疗的有效手段。This paper compares the difference in efficacy of tumor hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy and conventional chemotherapy and their adverse reactions through comparative observation. The former 13608 cases underwent whole body mild hyperthermia combined with chemotherpy with high-powered microwave hyperthermia machine, and the latter 15408 cases underwent standard chemotherapy. We analyzed the mechanism of chemotherapy under microwave hyperthermia and the relationships among temperature control, time, course, and efficacy of treatment. The effective rate of treatment of high-powered hyperthermia combined with chemotherapy was 81.15%, and that of standard chemotherapy was 39.03%. The results show that the curative effect of the former is significantly better than that of the latter, and the adverse reactions were apparently reduced. Hyperthermia is becoming an effective therapeutic method for tumors.
