养老机构失能老人护理服务内容及实施者资质的研究

摘　　要：目的构建适合我国的养老机构医养结合下完全失能老人护理服务内容体系(简称服务体系)及确定实施者的最低资质。方法采用德尔菲法,通过两轮18名专家咨询,确立医养结合下完全失能老人服务体系及实施者最低资质。结果两轮咨询问卷的有效回收率分别为75%和100%,专家咨询的权威系数为0.869,判断系数为0.883,熟悉程度为0.856,专家意见协调性有统计学意义(P<0.01);形成的服务体系包括一级条目3项、二级条目16项、三级条目78项。结论医养结合下完全失能老人服务体系及实施者资质经检验,结果真实、科学、可靠,可为养老机构规范护理服务、配置护理人员等奠定基础。Objective To develop the index system of service contents and staffing qualification for fully-dependent older adults in long-term care facilities. Methods Delphi technique was adopted to develop the index system of service contents and staffing qualification for fully-dependent older adults in long-term care facilities through two-rounds expert consultation among 18 experts. Results The effective response rates of two rounds＇ questionnaires were 75% and 100% respectively. The experts＇ authority coefficient was 0.869,the coefficient of determination was 0.883 and familiar coefficient was 0.856. The index system of service contents for fully-dependent older adults in long-term care facilities included 3 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 78 third-level items. Conclusion The index system of service contents and staffing qualification for fully-dependent older adults in long-term care facilities is reliable and scientific ,which can provide a basis for standardization of nursing service and nurse staffing.
