脑胶质瘤的中医辨证及用药分析

摘　　要：目的利用频度分析总结脑胶质瘤证候及用药特点,探讨脑胶质瘤的中医证型及用药规律。方法对1990—2013年中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)收录的中医药治疗脑胶质瘤文献进行整理、分析并归类,总结脑胶质瘤的辨证分型及中药治疗规律。结果共纳入文献11篇,其中本虚属脾气虚6篇,肾阴虚3篇;标实属瘀血11篇,肝风8篇,痰浊7篇,癌毒6篇。脑胶质瘤主要证型为脾肾不足,风痰凝结,瘀毒内阻。临床用药80味,按功效归为8类,使用频次从高到低依次为活血类(100%)、熄风类(82%)、补气类(64%)、解毒类(64%)、利水类(55%)、化痰类(45%)、引经类(36%)、补肾类(27%)。单味中药使用频次前3位的为熄风类蜈蚣(64%)、补气类生黄芪(55%)和活血类川芎(45%)。结论脑胶质瘤中医证型及用药规律分析可为目前脑胶质瘤的临床辨证论治提供参考。Objective The frequency analysis method was used to summarize the syndrome of glioma and characteristics of treatment,so as to discuss the TCM syndrome and treatment rules of glioma. Methods Literature regarding TCM for treatment of glioma in CNKI from 1990 to 2013 was summarized and analyzed to explore TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment rules of glioma. Results 11 literatures regarding TCM for treatment of glioma were included,including 6 articles on spleen-qi deficiency,3 articles on kidney-yin deficiency,11 articles on blood stasis,8 articles on liver wind,7 articles on phlegm and 6 articles on cancer-evil. The main TCM syndrome of glioma was deficiency of spleen-kidney,condensation of wind and phlegm,obstruction of stasis and evil. 80 types of TCM medicine were clinically used,which was divided into 8 categories. The usage frequency from high to low was blood-activating medicine（ 100%）, wind-calming medicine（ 82%）, qi-nourishing medicine（ 64%）, detoxicating medicine（ 64%）, water-alleviating medicine（ 55%）,phlegm-reducing medicine（ 36%）,meridian-guiding medicine（ 36%） and kidney-nourishing medicine（ 27%）.The three most used single medicines were centipede in wind-calming medicine（ 64%）,astragalus membranaceus in qi-nourishing medicine（ 55%） and ligusticum wallichii in blood-activating medicine（ 45%）. Conclusion The TCM syndrome and treatment rules of glioma could provide useful references for the clinical treatment of glioma.
