美沙拉嗪联合麦滋林治疗溃疡性结肠炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的评价美沙拉嗪联合麦滋林治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的疗效。方法将确诊的92例轻、中度UC患者分为两组,治疗组(n=46)口服美沙拉嗪+麦滋林;对照组(n=46)口服美沙拉嗪,治疗3个月后评价治疗效果。结果 3个月后治疗组有效率93.4%,明显高于对照组的80.4%(P<0.01)。结论美沙拉嗪联合麦滋林治疗UC效果显著,值得临床推广。Objective To evaluate Mesalazine combined with Maizulene treatment of ulcerative colitis clinical efficacy. Methods 92 patients diagnosed with ulcerative were randomly divided into combined group and control group with 46 cases, combined group with Mesalazine and Maizulene, control group with Mesalazine, and the efficacy were compared after treatment 3 moons. Results After treatment, the combined group＇s total effective rate of 93.4% over the effective rate of 80.4% of control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Mesalazine combined with Maizulene for ulcerative colitis efficacy is better, worthy of being popularized.
