咬合重建中运用整合医学理念必要性的回顾分析

摘　　要：目的:通过病例回顾分析,探讨成人咬合重建过程中运用整合医学理念的必要性。方法:对18例通过固定修复方法接受咬合重建患者的临床资料进行回顾,对以咬合重建为目的整个治疗过程涉及到的口腔临床专业、技术和方法进行统计分析。结果:18例咬合重建的患者,在诊治过程中均涉及到至少3个口腔临床专业的多种技术和方法,部分病例涉及的口腔临床专科和技术方法更多。结论:在成年人患者的咬合重建过程中,涉及到的口腔临床专业和技术方法较多,在诊疗过程中有必要贯彻整合医学理念,从而更好地提高咬合重建效率、效果和质量。Objective： To retrospectively investigate the necessity of applying the notion of holistic integrated medicine in adult occlusal reconstruction. Methods： Clinical subjects,techniques and methods involved in 18 cases of adult occlusal reconstruction was retrospectively investigated. Results： Among the 18 cases studied, at least three clinical subjects（endodontics, periodontics and prosthodontics） were involved. More techniques and methods were applied in some cases of adult occlusal reconstruction. Conclusion： As more clinical subjects, techniques and methods are involved in adult occlusal reconstruction, it is a challenge to systematically use these techniques and methods. To address this challenge, application of the notion of holistic integrated medicine could improve the efficiency and quality of adult occlusal reconstruction.
