青蒿油-壳聚糖缓释微囊的制备与质量评价

摘　　要：[目的]制备一种青蒿油-壳聚糖缓释微囊新剂型。[方法]采用微囊制粒机制备了青蒿油-壳聚糖缓释微囊,并检测了产品的载药量和包封率。[结果]产品的载药量为34.22%,包封率为39.20%,微囊大小均匀而圆整,不黏连,成形度好、表面无药物结晶吸附,干燥后的粒径在250μm左右。[结论]本法工艺简单易行,稳定,重现性好,青蒿油-壳聚糖缓释微囊具有进一步开发和应用价值。[Objective]To prepare the Artemisia annua oil-chitosan sustained-release microcapsules for further development of new drugs.[Method] Artemisia annua oil-chitosan sustained release microcapsules were prepared by microcapsule-making equipment.The encapsulation efficiency and loaded capacity of the microcapsules were also detected.[Results]The result showed that the encapsulation efficiency was 34.22% and the loaded capacity was 39.20%.The microcapsules were obtained with ideal sphericity and diameters distribution.[Conclusion]The preparaton procedure is simple,feasible,stable and repeatable.The products of Artemisia annua oil-chitosan sustained release microcapsules have remarkable exploitation and application value.
