国学配合中医经典培养特色中医人才之方向浅谈  

On the Way of Educating TCM Talents through the Combination of Chinese Classics with TCM Canons

摘　　要：[目的]了解传统中医师承师徒的人文素质和传承方式,结合现代中医大学教育现状,探索更适合中医特色人才培养的基本途径。[方法]首先结合当前中医教育存在的主要问题展开讨论,继而从中医与传统文化之相承关系、老中医成才经验、社会卫生需求、中医自身学科发展特点等方面,探讨中医教育一种新的发展之路。[结果]分析出现代中医教育培养模式存在3种亟待弥补的问题:一是割裂了中医与传统文化之间的关系;二是忽略了中医学科自身的知识体系构建和培养方式。三是忽略了中医维护人民生命健康服务社会的功能。[结论]高等中医院校中医人才之培养在结合现代设施和教学方式的基础上,应充分吸收几千年来中医本有的传承经验和成果。[Objective]To understand the cultural quality and ways of knowledge transmitting from the master to his/her pupil by looking into the current education of Traditional Chinese Medical colleges in order to find a more suitable way for educating TCM students.[Method]To begin with the discussion of the current educational problems in TCM,followed by developing a new way for TCM education from four perspectives,i.e.,the interconnection between Traditional Chinese Medicine and Traditional Chinese Culture,the personal experience of Masters of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the social demand for Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the specific requirements of Traditional Chinese Medicine as a discipline.[Result]Three questions are pointed out in modem TCM education,i.e.,firstly,it cuts the connection between the traditional Chinese culture and TCM; secondly,it overlooks TCM unique feature as an independent discipline in terms of its system and educational ways; and finally,it overlooks TCM＇s social function as a way of maintaining people＇s health.[Conclusion]The higher educational institutions should take the traditional way of education TCM students while incorporating modem teaching facilities and ways of teaching in educating TCM students.
