摘　　要：智慧城市行业应用是智慧城市建设和运营的核心与关键。为了推进深圳城市行业应用的建设,深圳移动运用"移动互联网的思维",设定专门工作组织架构,确保建设和运营工作高效运作。在整个项目推进规划方面,确定了深圳智慧城市行业应用的建设和运营分为聚拢政府核心行业信息资源、接入支付位置等基础能力、应用门户平台建设、基础管理体系建设等方面,并基于此规划深圳智慧城市应用门户平台功能。Smart city industry application is the core and key of the construction and operation of smart city. To promote the construction of Shenzhen city industry application, Shenzhen Mobile takes the thinking of mobile Internet, to make the dedicated working architecture to ensure high-efficient construction and operation. Based on the construction and operation of Shenzhen smart city industry application, the application platform function is planned.
