摘　　要：阐述可编程多层装箱机的社会生产需求,通过分析现有装箱机的性能缺陷,提出了可编程多层装箱机的机构设计方案及实施办法。对能够完成多层装箱功能的独特机械结构进行分析说明,介绍其结构特点、功能和特性,详解其工作原理;对整机的电气控制系统组成及特点进行详细的解析,编写其多层装箱控制流程图。设置合理、便捷的人机操作界面,证明了可编程多层装箱机的可行性及优越性。对其他类型的装箱机械的设计生产具有一定的参考价值和指导意义。Elaborated social production demands for the programmable multi-layer case packing machine. By analyzed the performance deficiencies of the existing case packing machine put forward the programmable multi-layer machine mechanism design and implementation measures.Analytical description of the unique me-chanical structure to completion of the multi-layer case packing,introduced as function/capacity and features, analyzes its working principle.Detailed analysis the composition and characteristics of the electrical control sys-tem of its machine,reparation of its multi-layer packing case flow chart.Set the reasonable and convenient Hu-man Machine Interface,proved the feasibility an superiority of the programmable multi-layer case packing ma-chine.Has a certain reference value and guiding significance for the design and production of other types of case packing machine.
