摘 要:针对电站锅炉主汽温常规控制品质不佳的问题,研究了主汽温MCP-PID控制案例。研究结果表明:MCP-PID控制器设计计算虽然和常规PID一样简单,但是控制品质已有较大的提升;当过程参数在设计条件下时,MCP-PID控制无超调,调整时间短且过程扰动抑制效果好;当过程参数在非设计条件下时,MCP-PID可以允许的过程参数变化区间宽度远比常规PID的允许变化区间宽度要宽得多。因此,MCP-PID控制器更值得推荐用于电厂主蒸汽温度控制以及类似的其他领域过程控制。Based on poor quality of routine main stream temperature control Ior power plant boiler, MCP- PID's control scheme of main stream temperature is studied. The study result shows although designed calculation of MCP - PID controller is as simple as that of regular PID, MCP- PID's control quality has been greatly improved. When process parameters are under designed conditions, MCP- PID has advantages of no overshoot, short adjustment time and great suppression effects of process disturbance. When process parameters are out of designed conditions, range of permissible process parameters change of MCP PID is much wider than that of regular PID. In conclusion, controller of MCP- PID is more recommendable for control of main stream temperature in power plant and similar process control of other fields.
