摘 要:空气过滤机是燃气轮机重要部件,复杂的工作环境决定其受到多种载荷力的共同作用。运用有限元方法,对于燃气轮机过滤系统进行了极端情况下的静强度分析。在UG中建立燃气轮机过滤房的三维实体模型并进行简化处理,再将简化后的模型导入ANSYS Workbench环境下划分网格。根据过滤房的实际工作情况确定其边界条件及所受载荷,计算求解其应力、应变和变形,根据计算结果分析确定过滤房在接近实际极端工况下的实际最大应力值未超过材料的屈服极限强度,符合设计要求。The air filter is the important part of a gas turbine. Because of the complex working environment, it have to bear many kinds of loading force. By using finite element method, the static strength analysis of the air filter has been made in extreme cases. Firstly, model of air fitter is established and reasonable simplified in UG. And then the established model is imported into ansys workbench environment to mesh grids. Boundary conditions and loads are made according to the actual operation situation. According to the calculated stress, strain and deformation, a conclusion can be made that the maximum stress of air filter in extreme cases is under the yield strength limit, and meet the design requirements.
