摘　　要：建立实验室开放管理制度是为了本科生在实验室内能够安全顺利地进行开放实验,能够独立正确地操作实验室内常用仪器设备。结合同济大学生命科学与技术学院实验教学中心面向本科生开放的实际运行情况,提出了实验室开放管理制度,包括"实验室安全教育"培训、"仪器设备使用规范"培训、仪器设备使用预约、实验前准备工作、实验中注意事项和实验后整理工作。该制度实施后,使本科生可以利用有限的开放时间提高开放实验效率,逐渐养成了良好的实验习惯,实验操作前准备充分,实验过程中规范操作,实验操作后清洁整理,强化了本科生的实验室工作能力,为其做毕业设计以及继续深造打下了良好的基础,同时也有效提高了实验管理员对开放实验室的管理效率。It is necessary to establisha management system of opening laboratory so that undergraduates can do opening experiment in the laboratory well and safety,and also can use laboratory equipment independently and correctly.Combined with the actual situation of opening to undergraduates of Experimental Teaching Center Laboratory in our college,this article puts forward a preliminary management system of opening laboratory,including The Laboratory Safety Education training,strument and Equipment Specification training,appointing before using instrument and equipment,consistent with the time of appointment,preparation before the experiment,attention in the experiment,and arrangement after the experiment.After the system carried out,the undergraduates can improve the opening experiment efficiency by using limited opening hours,and develop a good habit of experiment gradually,including full preparation before the experiment,standard operation during the experiment,tidy and clean after the experiment.It is strengthened the undergraduates＇ laboratory work ability,and it is laid solid foundation for their graduate design and further education.At the same time,it greatly improves the management efficiency of the administrator of opening laboratory.
