摘　　要：微RNA(miRNA)是一类具有基因调控功能的非编码小分子RNA,参与了生物的发育、生长等重要的生命活动,且与恶性肿瘤的形成、发展、转移与复发有关,其中miR-21在多种肿瘤组织中异常表达;外周血miR-21作为肿瘤诊断、治疗和预后的潜在生物标志物备受关注。该文围绕外周血miR-21在肿瘤诊断、疗效评价以及预后等方面的作用予以综述。MicroRNA（mi-RNA） is a non-coding small RNA with function of gene regulation,participating in biological development and growth,and involved in tumor formation,development,metastasis and recurrence.miRNA-21 is overexp ressed in many human cancers.Peripheral blood miRNA-21 receives much concern as a potential biomarker of tumor diagnosis,treatment and prognosis.Here is to make a review of the research on the peripheral blood miRNA-21 in tumor diagnosis,efficacy evaluation and prognosis.
