摘　　要：青少年是社会主义和谐社会建设的生力军,必须重视青少年学生的社会参与,但是青少年学生社会参与活动基本上都与学习有很强的相关性,繁重的学习负担和压力,使学生参与社会实践的意愿强烈,而现行教育体制的要求和他们的需求不一致,因此必须转变观念,关注青少年社会发展需求,重视青少年学生参与社会实践活动,制定符合青少年发展的社会政策,不断创新少先队、共青团组织的活动模式,激发青少年学生社会参与意识和社会责任感,为青少年学生校外社会参与搭建平台,创设条件,才能有力保障青少年学生社会参与的有效性。Teenagers are the main force of the constructing socialist harmonious society , we must give adequate priority to social participation of young students , but young students ’ most social participation concerning a strong correlation with learning .Heavy study burden and pressure make students willing to participate in social practice , yet the requirements of the current education sys-tem doesn ’ t match their demand , hence we must change concept and focus on youth ’ s social de-velopment needs , attaches great importance to students ’ participation in social practice .We should conform social policy and innovation to constantly suit the youth development .We should positively explore young pioneers or League organization mode of activities to inspire young students’ social participation and social sense of responsibility .Building the platform for young students’ off-campus social participation and create conditions , only by this can we effectively guarantee the effectiveness of the young students social participation .
