西安市政府公共服务形象现状及提升对策探析

摘　　要：公共服务形象研究的深入与否关系着西安市政府治理满意度和西安市民生活幸福度的高低.基于西方公共服务理论与我国制度基础支持,并通过与上海、深圳在公共服务项目客观效应和公众满意度的对比,发现西安市政府公共服务形象的改善路径一方面是加大公共服务项目的客观投入力度,另一方面是提高公共服务项目投入的效益与效率,提升公众满意度.不断提升西安市政府公共服务形象,才能适应西安的发展定位、战略地位和日益崛起的影响力.In-depth study of the public service image is related to the citizens’s satisfaction level with of governance and citizens’ happiness in life of Xi’an .T here is still a large room for improvement of public service image of Xi’ an government . With the western public service theories and China’ s system supports and through the comparison of the objective effects of and public satisfaction with the public services between Xi’an ,Shanghai and Shenzhen .It is found that the way to improve the image of public services of Xi’an government is not only to increase the investment in public servicing the projects ,but also to improve the efficiency of public services input ,thus enhancing the public satisfaction and the development and strategic position of Xi’an as well as its growing influence .
