摘 要:目的:建立测定榆黄喷雾剂中缩合鞣质含量的方法。方法供试品溶液中依次加入3%香草醛甲醇溶液、30%浓硫酸甲醇溶液各5 mL后避光显色20 min,用紫外分光光度法在500 nm波长处测定吸光度并计算样品中缩合鞣质含量。结果儿茶素对照品质量浓度在0.03~0.3 g/L 范围内与吸光度呈良好线性关系,回归方程为 Y=3.0652 X+0.0257,r=0.9993( n=10);加样回收率为99.62%,RSD为1.76%( n=6)。结论香草醛硫酸法测定缩合鞣质含量,方法简便、快速、精密度、稳定性、重复性、专属性好,适合作为榆黄喷雾剂中缩合鞣质的含量检测方法。Objective To establish the quantitative determination method of condensed tannins in Yuhuang Spray. Methods The test so-lution was added with 3% vanillin methanol solution 5 mL and 30% concentrated sulfuric acid methanol solution 5 mL in turn,then which was developed by keeping away from light for 20 min,the absorbance was detected at 500 nm by spectrophotometry and the condensed tannin content in the sample was calculated. Results The concentration of catechins reference substance had a good linear relationship with the absorbance in the range of 0. 03-0. 3 g/L,and the regression equation was Y=3. 065 2 X+0. 025 7,r=0. 999 3 ( n=10 ) ,the average recovery rate was 99. 62%,RSD=1. 76%( n=6). Conclusion The vanillin-H2SO4 method is simple and rapid with good precision,stability,reproducibility and specificity and suitable for the determination of the condensed tannins content in Yuhuang Spray.
