摘　　要：针对蔡氏电路中电感的误差与蔡氏二极管复杂的缺陷,设计了一种蔡氏电路的等效电路。对电路参数表示的蔡氏电路方程用数学语言方程进行归一化处理,对归一化后的状态方程的变量进行重新组合,设计出各模块电路,按照方程各状态变量的对应关系将各模块连接并优化,设计出了一种无电感,能产生二涡卷蔡氏混沌吸引子的等效电路。用反馈型驱动-响应式同步混沌保密通信制式对等效电路进行研究,结果表明通信保密性能良好,等效电路的设计具有现实意义。The equivalent circuit of chua＇s circuit is designed based on the error of the inductor and the complexity of Chua＇s diode in chua＇s circuit. We perform normaliaztion on Chua＇s circuit equation expressed by circuit parameters through using equation of mathematical language and recombining variates of state equation, and design each module circuit based on the recombined equation, linked modules according to corresponding relationships between state variables of equation, so as to design an equivalent circuit that can produce two scroll Chua＇s chaotic attractor without inductor. The study of the equivalent circuit by recurrent drive-response synchronization chaotic secure communication format showed that secure communication is good. Therefore, designed of the equivalent circuit has practical significance.
