摘　　要：新时期,高校学生公寓文化呈现出新的特点,学生公寓管理工作要顺应时代发展,有针对性地开展工作。结合高校人才培养的定位和当代大学生的成长特点,坚持以人为本、以学生为主体,大力推进"学习型、节约型,信息化、社区化"(简称"两型两化")学生公寓文化建设。The apartment culture of college students shows the new features in the new era, which needs the suitable management of students. This paper elaborates how to improve cultural construction of “learning type, economy type, informatization, communitization” （Two-type and Two-apartment） students’ apartments according to student-oriented concept, the orientation of talent cultivation and contemporary university students’ growth characteristics.
