摘　　要："肾藏精"理论是中医藏象理论的重要组成部分,本文从其所包含的基本概念肾、精、肾精、肾藏精出发,通过明确其概念与内涵,由点到线,由线及面,由面上升到系统,探讨"肾藏精"理论所蕴含的理论内涵;并从干细胞理论和神经-内分泌-免疫网络(NEI)的角度探讨"肾藏精"理论包含的基本概念和肾系统整体调控作用的科学内涵。Kidney Stores Essence theory was an important part of TCM viscera-state theory. This paper began with the basic words of kidney, essence ,kidney ,kidney essence, and kidney stores essence to define the concept and connotation which meant to explore theoretical connotation of the theory from point to line ,from line to fiat, from fiat to system,And through the angle of stem cells and neuro-endocrine-immune network （NEI）,the paper tried to explore the basic concept that Kidney Stores Essence theory contained as well as scientific connotation of overall kidney system regulation.
