摘 要:随着我国畜牧业生产总体水平的不断提高,畜牧养殖产生了越来越多的污染物,给畜牧业清洁生产造成了很大的压力。文章从禽畜养殖规模与养殖场建筑结构设计、饲料品质改良等手段阐述了从源头上减少粪污排放;畜禽养殖场清粪工艺中采取干清粪工艺可以减少养殖过程中污水的产生量;好氧堆肥和厌氧发酵可以使排出的粪污变为有机肥料和沼气得以资源化利用。养殖场干清粪固态酸化厌氧产气与达标排放工艺的设想能提升规模化畜禽养殖业干清粪处理效率以及沼气和有机肥料的产量和品质,实现养殖场污水达标排放,降低粪污处理系统的固定投资和运行成本。The paper described that the size of animal farm,buildlng structure design, animal feeding structure and quality may reduce the livestock pollutants from very beginning, discussed the manure clean-up processes in livestock and poultry farms, and pointed out that the dry manure clean-up process could reduce the water consumption and reduce waste production. It was also described that compost and anaerobic digestion were an effective way of waste reduction, which could change the manure into fertilizer and biogas for high value utilization. And a system, including dry manure clean-up process, solid-state acidification, anaerobic gas production and wastewater standard discharge process, were proposed for enhancing the manure processing efficiency and standards discharge.
