摘　　要：目的：探讨并研究不同基托材料对低平牙槽嵴义齿修复的影响。方法选取我院自2010年1月至2012年7月收治的1 10例低平牙槽嵴患者，将其作为临床研究对象，按照不同基托材料的采用将患者分为两组。对照组采用塑料基托对低平牙槽嵴患者进行义齿修复，实验组采用钴铬合金基托对低平牙槽嵴患者进行义齿修复。结果实验组采用钴铬合金基托对低平牙槽嵴患者进行义齿修复效果较为确切，义齿固位稳定、基托材料稳固以及患者咀嚼良好，且患者对低平牙槽嵴义齿修复的总有效率明显高于对照组27．3％。P＜0．05，具有统计学意义。结论实验组采用钴铬合金基托对低平牙槽嵴患者进行义齿修复效果较为良好，提高了患者义齿修复后的咀嚼能力，对患者的预后有一定的临床意义，值得我们在临床大力推广。Objective To investigate and study the effects of different base materials for flat alveolar ridge denture. Methods Selected 1 1 0 cases of pa-tients with flat alveolar ridge denture treated in our hospital from January 201 0 to July 201 2 as a clinical research object,they were divided into two groups ac-cording to the use of different base materials. The control group of patients was treated with the flat plastic base for alveolar ridge denture and the experimental group of patients was treated with cobalt-chromium alloy base for flat alveolar ridge denture. Results The experimental group of patients treated with cobalt-chromium alloy base for flat alveolar ridge denture alveolar had more precise effect, stable denture retention, denture base material was a solid and well-che-wing for patients,and total efficiency of the low-lying alveolar ridge denture of patients was significantly higher 27. 3% than the control group of patients＇, P〈0. 05, that was statistically significant. Conclusion The experimental group of treatment of cobalt-chromium alloy base for flat alveolar ridge denture has better results and improves the ability to chew after denture patients is done, it has some clinical significance on the prognosis of patients, is worthy of our clini-cal promote.
